Newly Added Table not loading after Web Refresh

Hi,

I've got a new table added to the dashboard. Everything is working fine on desktop but it keeps disappearing after web refresh. I've looked for all solutions, checking for boolean values on page filters, clearing caches. None of them worked. I do not have this issue before PowerBI update. Can someone please help?

Best regards,

Sam

hi  @disco_sam

Try to republish this report to power bi service and try it again.

@v-lili6-msft Yes I've deleted the dataset and report from the workspace and then republish it. But after I did a web refresh the table will disappear again.

It is a simple table from Adobe connector and all other tables from Adobe is working fine except for this newly added one. The other tables are added before the updates though.

I've tried Table Buffer from the link below as well. But it still doesn't work. It sometimes didnt load after applying the query too. After a manual refresh to the table and then it will load.

Hi Lin,

Can you let me know how to raise a support ticket? I clicked on the link you sent and only saw "Report an issue" as shown below, but when I clicked into it, it directed me back to the same thread where i'm posting this now - "to submit an idea" :
