New card visual not showing the same in Power BI service compared to Power BI desktop

Hi,

I created a new card visual in the Power BI desktop report and then published the report to Power BI service. In Power BI service the card is showing differently (reference labels have more spacing in between) compared to in Power BI desktop.

Is this a bug?

I already posted this before, but I didn't receive a response:

After the desktop version update, I now also have the same spacing issue in the new card visual in the desktop version as well.

So it seems it has something to do with the version update. Is this something that can be solved by Microsoft?

I can't solve it with adjusting the padding.

Hello,

I have problems with the new Card Visual as well and it is ANNOYING! I think I now need to re-think my solution to be something else.

The reference header for some reason aligns to left by force in pbi service, when in pbi desktop, I have it centered. Also, the padding of value is not working. It throws the value and header more down in pbi service, than it is in pbi desktop.

This option worked at some point, but now it suddenly broked my reporting that I had done previously in pbi service.

Could you do some more testing before publishing these...

I have the same issue: a recent update broke the way reference labels are displayed in the Power BI service. The reference label elements are now aligned to the left in three columns, even with the detail turned off. This change creates a gap and cuts the descriptions that were designed for a two-element display. I am using version 2.129.1229.0 64-bit (May 2024).
