New card visual bug: Reference label title show different between PBI desktop and workspace

The visual run well in PBI desktop with justifycenter setting, but the title of reference label become justifyleft after published to workspace while the value of reference label keep justifycenter. Besides, I suppose the issue happened just since 1-2 weeks ago.

My PBI desktop version seems already updated while i don't know how to check the verion for workspace.

Version: 2.129.905.0 64-bit (2024/05)

We are having the same issue with the Reference Title. It does not centre and defaults to left aligned.
