Also, I'm forced to select an Idea Label. "Power BI Options" is not an available label, so I picked Data Modeling.

I got information below: 

This is by design. In order for Q&A to work efficiently, we need to build a working index and save it to disk. We will try to clear the cached indexes to respect the cache limit set by the user. However, the working index can be larger than the cache limit. If we want the working index to respect the cache limit, we have to delete this working index and rebuild it every time the user asks a question via "Ask a Question." This will add big delay to the response.

We can revisit this design and choose the delete option. Can we discuss this issue with the uses to see what they prefer?
