Names displaying as alphanumeric code

names are showing up as a code. Some names are displayed properly but most are displayed like the a code.

 

Any idea what caused it or fixes?

Please go to Query Edit check if the Agent(Feedback) column does contain these 'code' values. Also please check on data source side.
