Multiselect slicer issue

Hello,

We have a report with a multiselect slicer and a card visual published to the Power BI Service. When we select a single value from the slicer, the card refreshes to the filtered value. When we select multiple values in the same slicer, the card refreshes to the "All" value, as if the filter wasn't applied. This happens with other visuals as well. 

Please advise.

I cannot repro the same issue on my side. Please refer to following video and let me know if there is any difference between our repro steps.

You can also share your PBIX file to me through online file service like OneDrive, so that I can have a try locally.

Quick follow up. This issue seems to be intermittent. Some of the reports where multiselect was not working before are now working. Any thoughts on why this might be?

...and now the same reports are not working again, no changes made to the files. Very strange!

If the same issue happens again, you can create a new thread and share the pbix file through online file service like OneDrive (just send the sharing link here or through private message).
