Missing scrolling button for decomposition tree when it's live connection

Hi all, I found that when it's a live connection, the scrolling button is missing for the decomposition tree visualization, and the way to scroll down the list is changed to click and drag, which is not easy for users to figure out. Is there a fix for this?

Thanks a lot!

Hi @miazhx

May I know whether you are using Ultimate Decomposition Tree visual that is imported from AppSource? Is your report live connecting to SSAS or Power BI datasets?

Do you mean you couldn’t see the scroll down slider as the following screenshot showed when the report is using live connection mode?

Did you make any change to the format of this visual? How did you set your Page View?

Hi @v-cazheng-msft ,

Thank you for your reply! I'm using the default decomposition tree visual from Microsoft. The format of the visual and page are all default.

I opened a new file and created this visual. When the data source is an excel file from my laptop, there is an arrow to scroll down for more data, which is what I'd like to have.

However when it's a live connection to SQL Server Analysis Services Database, the visual will look like this :

The only way to scroll down is to click and drag. Similar question was raised here as well:

Same issue here. Missing "scroll down arrows" on SSAS tabular model datasource.
