Maxtri Visual is disorienting when user slide them when embedded in a mobile application.

When Power BI report containing matrix visual is embedded in a mobile application, the visual is getting disoriented on sliding any where inside the visual. This issue is specific to IPad, in case of touchscreen.

Thanks for your feedback! But I still need confirm several questions with you.

1 If you switch to other devices including other IPads, will you get same issue?

2 If you test with other reports containing or not containing Matrix visual, will you get same issue?

3 Have you ever checked whether you IPad running iOS 12.2 or later?

4 May I know whether you are testing with the lastest version of mobile apps?

5 Could you please provide some screenshots with issue and without issue to make it clear so we can take next step to help you on this issue?

 - Yes getting same issue on many IPad versions as we are building an IPad application only.

2 If you test with other reports containing or not containing Matrix visual, will you get same issue?

- Yes, I tried replacing Matrix Visual with Table visual and in case of Table it is working fine. The issue is only with the Matrix Visual.

3 Have you ever checked whether you IPad running iOS 12.2 or later?

- Yes, currently we are testing on IPAD 6th Gen - IOS - 14.7.

4 May I know whether you are testing with the lastest version of mobile apps?

- Currently we are testing on IPAD 6th Gen - IOS - 14.7.

5 Could you please provide some screenshots with issue and without issue to make it clear so we can take next step to help you on this issue?

- We are embedding PowerBI reports to salesforce so after embedding the report whenever user tries to scroll the data of matrix visuals the rows are getting disoriented. Please find the attached images for your reference.Screenshot1.PNGScreenshot2.PNG
