Maximize / restore PBI Desktop app causes window to grow

When using the PBI Desktop store app, if I maximize the window and then restore it to it's previous size, the window grows a little taller. If I keep doing this, the window will grow taller than my monitors viewable space - which basically results in the tabs on my report getting hidden by my taskbar at the bottom of my screen. Reproed with win10 17713.rs5_release / PBI Desktop 2.60.5169.2101 64-bit (July 2018)

We created a tracking defect, no ETA on when this will be fixed currently.
