Matrix visualization disappear after publishing

Hi,

My report has a Chart, Matrix and two slicers  that I can see them in Power BI Desktop however the Matrix didn't appear after publishing. The strange thing is I can export the data from the Matrix in Service.  And if I change the Matrix to another visualization in Service and the data will show except Table visualization which will have the same issue.  I've also tried to create a Matrix in a new page  in Service and it still didn't work and had the same issue.  I am using window Explorer 11 so I don't think it would be the brower issue.  So I'm stumped. Please help!  Thank you in advanced.

I was not able to replicate this problem on my side.

 

Can Matrix or Table visual display data in another web browser? Is this problem occur to all reports or specific one?

I'm having the exact same issue and cannot figure out a resolution.  I have been testing with a simple table visulization with one column, and cannot get the table to render properly in the power bi service.  I can see the visual header and can export data, but no visual appears.

 

I've tested and seen the issue in all browsers

 

I am able to pin the blank visual to dashboard and it will properly render in the dashboard, but no report

Hi,

I just found out that it is the custom Theme file I imported and used causing the issue.  If I change the theme to default, it will resove the issue.

Likewise, changing to default fixed the issue!
