Matrix visual formats differently for certain user

When I view the matrix visual in a report, I see this:

In the first screenshot, there is a separator line between the "Rows" field well and the "Values" field well. There are no other separator lines.

When one of my users sees the visual, they see this screenshot:

Please note that there are 3 new separator lines between the "Values" field well columns. Can you please advise why this is happening?

Does the issue happen on Power BI desktop or service? 

Do you view the report in the same mode? I mean do you and your users view the same report in View mode or Edit mode? 

Please share the pbix file with this visual if possible.

Hi @v-qiuyu-msft, the issue happens on Power BI Desktop.

I will ask the user to check whether the View/Edit mode affects the visual.

Unfortunately I cannot share the PBIX file.

Hi @Anonymous,

As it's in Power BI desktop, it's edit mode, there is no view mode in desktop. Please ensure both you and the user run the same Power BI desktop version to open the same pbix file.
