I'm experiencing odd behavior with filled Maps in desktop. I've followed the instructions here to turn on maps, and am able to make create maps when I open a new file. Maps are enabled for my organization. The maps are rendering on Power BI Server/Report Server (we use both). However, when I make edits to an existing PBIX file where a map was previously working on desktop, the maps become uneditable and say maps are not enabled. If I publish this file, the maps will still render on the service/server - this issue is only appearing in desktop. Is there any way to fix this?
This happens across all data sources, but we primarily are using SQL or Excel.
