Manually set layer order of lines when using "Secondary values"

When using both "Values" and "Secondary Values" on the native line chart, the line for Seconday Values is always "on top" of the line in Values.  In the pic below, "Total Tickets" is Secondary and "7 Day Avg" is Values. We should be able to set the layer order of the lines. This could also be a handy tool when using only Values and Legend to draw multiple lines.
