Login to Power BI Developer Center Fails

Cannot log into Power BI Developer Center from the portal

https://dev.powerbi.com/apps

When I click the "Sign in" button, the browser takes me to this page

I tried to sign in on this page, and then it takes me to my report home page.

I also cleared all my cookies and history and tried again and again, the same thing happens after login.

What is happening here? 

Browsers used: Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox.

It should be by design. There are some links of Power BI Developer Center.

All the links will be redirected to the following page.

You just need to click on Started button on this page to go to the Power BI Embedded Analytics Playground. If you sign in, you will be redirected to Power BI service. That’s why you see your report home page.

When we try and access this

https://dev.powerbi.com/apps

We get taken to Power BI sign in, click sign in again then taken to Power BI Service Homepage with Workspaces.

Cannot access dev.powerbi.com/apps however....stuck in a circular loop with no access to the original URL to register the bloody app.

What is going on, this is driving me mad?????
