I am having trouble logging into my account both on the desktop and web. I've been able to log into PowerBI for months using the account I created associated to my work email.
Now, when I go to login, the system goes into this endless redirecting loop. What I see on the screen is:
A blue circular icon that looks like a badge, with my username next to it.
Below that, the word "Redirecting"
Below that, the words "We're taking you to your organization's sign in page"
The problem is that it never advances to the next page. It just keeps redirecting and refreshing in an endless loop.
