Live connection to dataset is not working

Hello,

I am using live connection to the dataset, which is for second day not working. I am getting an error everytime I try to open the file. In addition, I am no longer able to publish updated main dataset in the service as from the original upload time which was 40 minutes, it now takes over 2h and still was not completed.

I have also tried to connect in a new PBI file to a different dataset and that did not work either.

Another issue is that in the service I am not able to load multiple reports. The workspaces where the reports are saved are premium.

If this continues this will have huge negative business impact for the company.

Apologies for the late answer.

Yes, it hit me right after that the correct way to deal with this issue would be to create an IT ticket and I did (I have not found a way to delete this thread as this was not a global issue).
