Language changing doesn't apply in MSIT(https://msit.powerbi.com) env.

I try to change language on msit.powerbi.com from Russian to English, but after saving UI language still remains Russian

I cannot repro the same issue on MSIT, please refer to following video. Have you tried on different browsers?
