KPI Interactive Filtering Not Working

I have a Report with a Table of all data and a KPI showing a count of the data filtered.  When I click on the KPI it will not interactively filter the table.  It should show just the items with Due_Status of Late.  The ineraction is set to filter, but does not.

I can repro the same issue as you. I’ve reported it internally to Power BI Team: CRI 41203042
I’ll post here once I get any update about it.

This is as expected. The Filter card context is not applied to selection/cross-highlight. Even if you have a filter on that Card, it won't flow into selection event.
