Issue with the auto refresh

I have a report using SQL Server and MySQL for data sources. I am able to refresh ny time manually within the report, however the scheduled refreshs fails, saying that the Gateway is offline and not reachable.  The gateway is on a server available 24/7, the same as the databases which are productive, so are always on.

I tried the latest version of Power BI Desktop and on-premises data gateway, but cannot reproduce the issue. Try to restart the gateway and reset the schedule.
