Issue with conditional formatting on rules

I am trying to apply "color" conditional formatting (table) on Column F based on "rules formatting" for Column G. 

Whenever the value in Column F is 1 or 3., I am not able to get the correct color on Column G.

Can you explain as to why there is no color formatting available in column G for the values in column F (where it says "not displaying"?

Hi @VJN,

When the Column F is 1 or 3, which color you would like to display in Column G?
