I see that you are using the version 2.136.1202.0 (24.09) (x64), please download the latest version from the official download link Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center and not from the MS app store.

I did as suggested above, right after installation I am Getting below:
Query features cannot be used because the computer is not trusted for delegation or the current user account is not configured to allow delegation , then there is likely an issue with your domain settings.

Unable t run power query from excel as well. I have installed latest .netframework file as well

Based on the error message, "Query features cannot be used because the computer is not trusted for delegation or the current user account is not configured to allow delegation , then there is likely an issue with your domain settings. “

You may check Domain Settings, Local Security Policy and Network Configuration. Ensure that your domain settings allow for delegation. This might involve contacting your domain administrator to enable trust for delegation for your computer and user account.
If you are not in an Active Directory environment, you can open the Local Security Policy (Start menu> Windows Administrative Tools) and add your user account to the delegation settings.
And verify that your network configurations and firewall settings allow for the necessary delegation and communication between your computer and the domain controller.
