Issue with Custom Theme Icons

Good afternoon,

 

We are running into an issue with custom theme icons. The custom theme loads successfully and the icons are available for selection under conditional formatting. However, the table shows a default image instead of the selected custom icon. Icons display as expected when selecting for the default set. The issue only presents with the icons from the custom theme.

1.Can you show us your test version of Power BI Desktop？

2.Is this feature works for you in this report before？

Unfotunately I cannot share the report details due to NDA constraints. Please let me know if I can answer specific questions or provide other specific details to help with assessing the issue.

 

In regards to question 2, this is a net new report and I have not used this feature previously.
