Issue viewing Paginated report

Hello,

We have a paginated report relying on an existing dataset and one of our user is facing the error message below when trying to launch the paginated report:

That user is able to access and render the other "usual" reports based on the same dataset without issue.

Would appreciate if someone can help on this one 🙂

If there is a permission problem of this Paginated report for this user,

and also check if something wrong with the workload.

Hi,

Issue solved, that was due to a former dataset that was still in the paginated report but we're no longer using.

The user facing the issue didn't have access to that former dataset, hence the error.

After removing it, it worked.
