Issue: unable to load word cloud

I am unable to load wordcloud and also my narratives are missing the section from where I can select the visuals.

Hi @subashpa ,

 

I tested this feature in the latest version 2.138.1452.0 and it works fine on my side.
What version are you using? Is the problem occurring in Power BI Desktop or Power BI Service? Any more details would be great appreciated!
