Issue overwriting exisiting published report

Since updating to the June 2017 version of Power BI desktop, I have been unable to overwrite exisitng datasets / reports when publishing to Power BI. I am able to publish the file as a new report but this is obviously not satisfactory.

The 'Publishing to Power BI' dialogue flashes up but nothing further happens. I have left it "publishing" for 20 minutes but still no progress. Publishing it as a new report completes successfully in under a minute.

Does this issue happen to all of your reports, or just a specific one? Please try to upload PBIX file in Power BI Service as following screenshot to see if it can replace successfully.
