Issue accessing Office 365Mon Content pack

I am Office 365 Global adminitrator. I have Power BI Pro license. When I try to connect to Office365Mon Content pack through Power BI, it gives me an error. Any idea what needs to be done. I did a fiddler trace and it gives me the following message: The app needs access to a service that your organization has not subscribed to or enabled. Contact your IT Admin to review the configuration of your service subscriptions.

I am not sure what service I need to enable?

An Office365Mon admin account is required to connect and load the Power BI content pack. You need to configure the Office365Mon subscription here follow the video: Office365Mon Basic Monitoring Configuration.
