Issue: SAP HANA Encryption Error during connection

Hi,

I'm trying to connect SAP HANA with PowerBI.

I insert server, port, user and password, but then this error appears. Could anyone help me to know how to change encrypted to not encrypted on my SAP HANA connection???

I tried to change it by the way described on the bellow screenshot, but it didn't work, because "Encrypted connections" have alredy been disabled:

Thanks in advance

Hi @Anonymous,

This is actually not a error, just a message for us to choose encrypted connection or not. When we first time connect to SAP HANA in Power BI desktop, it will prompt the message like your first image to let us decide whether using encrypted connection. Once we click on the OK button, Encrypted Connection is disabled. You can go to the Data Source Settings check this option, just like you second image.

Hi @v-qiuyu-msft,

Thanks for the info, it has been very useful.

Now, I can see another error message related with connection again:

I think that the error is caused because I don't know how to include system  number and client ID. Do you know where we have to add this fields (System number and Client ID) or how to put them next to Server?

Thanks in advance
