Issue Power BI Usage Metric Report

Hello everyone,

We have a specific report on Power BI posted on our company account and when I try to use the Usage Metrics report inside the report itself, the information seems to be incomplete.

I noticed that we have some users that access the report everyday and their access are not being considered.

The report is available for a lot of users in the company through our Power BI Premium Capacity and it is delivered for all the users using Apps.

Should I see this information in the Usage Metric Report?

Can you guess which could be the reasons or the criteria why some access are being considered and others are not?

Thanks in advance. My best regards,

Leandro

Hi @Anonymous,

The activity that users access report/dashboard in the installed will be captured and display in Usage Metrics report. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-usage-metrics#which-metrics-are-reported
