Issue: Graph's technical names shows when refreshing

When opening a report in the power bi app, the technical names of all the graphs appears for some moment when refreshing.

This problem was not existing in the past.

Looking forward to hearing from about this issue.

Whether the technical name of graphs represent the visual titles or anything else in the report, you can consider describe it in details.

If it represents the visual titles, from the screenshot provided, looks like just some visuals show the visual titles, not all visuals' 'technical names'.
