@dniedrauer

Are you able to access https://wilhelmsen-my.sharepoint.com/personal/david_niedrauer_wilhelmsen_com using the same credential which you're using in PBI Service?

Are you able to refresh the same report in PBI Desktop?

Do you enable MFA on you side? If yes, could you please disable the MFA to have a try again?

Best Regards,
Herbert

Yes to all. And disabling MFA is not an option at this point.

@dniedrauer

Currently MFA is not supported currently. This is a known issue. You can take a look at the know issue listed in this blog.

Please Note: Some users with MFA enabled accounts are having issues authenticating using the OAuth2 option. The currently available workaround is to use "Basic" Authentication or an account without MFA enabled.

A good news is that the fix for MFA will be enabled in the month of December.

Best Regards,
Herbert
