Internet Explorer "NoSignUpCheck=1" login issue.

When using Internet Explorer Version 11.0.9600.18617 many users when trying to access dashboards shared with them just see a blank screen with the Power BI logo just flashing. 

It looks like it gets stuck at this point "https://app.powerbi.com/?noSignUpCheck=1" and never takes them to the destination page.

This is frustrating for users who can view the dashboard one day and not the next. I've yet to experience this issue using Google Chrome and have advised others to adopt this browser for now.

I cannot repro the same issue as you either on IE 11.0.9600.18618 or 11.953.14393.0. I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
If issue is resolved, you can share the solution here later to help others who have the same problem.
