Internal error prevented loading the schema

Hi everyone!

Since this morning (or even earlier) we can't open reports in the Power BI service. We keep getting this error:

Power BI desktop is working fine. I also published one of the reports in my personal workspace but the error message was the same.

I hope someone can help.

Many thanks!

@K4bal You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

I just had a conversation with the Power BI support and they told me that this is an analysis engine error but they are working on fixing it.

so we should just wait in your opinion?

unfortunately yes. There is nothing we can do about this ourselves.

Hi @K4bal

Can you open your reports on Service normally now ? I have not seen a similar known issue so far .

@Anonymous Oh and the Power BI Pro support told me that it is an issue due to an analysis engine error. Maybe this helps you with your investigation.

Thank you!
