Infographic designer not working in Power Point or Email Subscription

I use the infographic designer visual in a report that is sent out via email subscription and pulled into Power Point. About a month ago it intermitidnatly worked, and now it does not ever work.

On both the email subscription and in Power Point the visual is completely blank.

The infographic designer is listed as a Certified Visual and therefore should work in the email subscription and Power Point. I never have an issue with this visual when viewing it in PBI Service or on PBI Desktop.

Please advise how this issue can be resolved.

Hi- is there any update to this?  It's mid-August and I just had the same issue where visuals created in Infographic Designer are not exporting to Power Point.  Is this still pending?
