i've been trying to apply incremental refresh to a dataset with over 20m rows after applying sentiment scores from the AI analytics function in the power bi after setting up the parameters and uploading to prem workspace then refreshing it times out most of the times and the one time it created the partitions it failed to only refresh the specified parameters (Checked with Sql Server studio the dataset table from the workspace) and tried to refresh everything but timed out, Also tried to refresh with dataflow provided me with this error after 7 hours.

According to the error message, it seems that the refresh failed because the access token has expired.
If you want to get a solution for this kind of refresh problem as soon as possible, I suggest you to open a support ticket to get direct help from the technical support team of Microsoft.
