Incorrect icon per value on the matrix visual

Not sure what could be the common causes ? Seemingly, it happends when slicer of this month but no problem of current year and also for last month.

If it contains blank, it should show something else not like a value on the second range.

Last incident was that it shows the opposite value so I doubt the mechanism of the icon here.
