Incomplete data load on Power BI service

I have a problem with incomplete or empty tables in the report when refreshed online. 

When refreshed in the Power BI Desktop, it loads everything. Once published and refreshed on the service - incomplete data and refreshing again brings same results. No error notification. 

Data source - CRM Dynamics 365, Connector - Common Data Service or Dataverse.

If the report can be refreshed successfully with no error message but not load all data in Power BI Service, you can try:

1. Republish this report to different workspaces to check it again
2. Create a dataflow or a datamart in Power BI Service to connect to the same data source to check whether all data could be loaded in Power Query online and try to refresh this dataflow/datamart to check whetther it could be refreshed successfully

Republishing to another workspace didn't work - still the same result. 

Creating a datafrow/datamart will require some time so I'll try it later.

Wanted to add one more thing that these reports were refreshing perfectly well before, the problem started only yesterday.

@v-yingjl created a dataflow - it did not load any data either.
