looks like it is impossible to hide visual header button:

I can remove almost any visual header icon (button), but not 'insights'.
I gues that it is the issue because the feature is still in preview but still can not be hidden and causing the customer inconviniene.

Currently it is still not supported in Power BI to hide 'Get insights' feature instead of the new format pane in under preview cause that.
You can vote for the previous idea or create a new idea about this feature to help us improve Power BI.
