ISSUE: Unable to Add Dynamic Content to Text Boxes

We are unable to add dynamic content to text boxes using the latest version of PBI Desktop (Version: 2.124.1805.0 64-bit (December 2023)). And for existing reports developed in the past that already have dynamic content in text boxes, developers are unable to edit/view the dynamic value being used in those reports as well.

Does the problem appear in both Power BI Desktop and Service? 
Can you provide some screenshots to show the issue in more detail? (Please be careful not to include sensitive information)

Experiencing the same issue.

Cannot add/edit dynamic value in an existing report (Power BI Desktop December):

Tested by reverting back to October release and everything works fine.

We're experiencing the same issue. In both desktop and in service (was briefly working in service but not desktop and now we can't even use it in service).

Able to open "add a dynamic value", but then nothing comes up when we type in the "How would you calcualte this value" box (no suggestions and no results) and are also unable to edit existing dynamic values in existing reports (Power BI Desktop December, 2023).

We reverted to the October 2023 release and everything works fine on that version. We will wait to update to the most recent release until this issue is worked out. Good luck everyone!

I solved this using Tabular Editor.
Delete the Linguistic Metadata content:

Translations > Linguistic Metadata > Content > delete it > Save
