ISSUE/BUG: Filtered Report pdf export not matching the filtered report in the Service

Hi,

I have 1 report that filters based on an ID tagged in a URL on a third party web page. 

I also have a button in this report that redirects the user to a similar report in the Service that is in a printable pdf version.

When viewing the second report in the service, I can see the contextualised filter has worked and I am only seeing One customer.

However, when I export to pdf, the pdf exports 'default values' regardless of my selection on the prompt. (The default values is essentially unfiltered as I can tell from the total sales value on one of the charts.)

The field that filters the report acts as a primary key. When i manually set it, the export is exactly as i would expect.

I have also tried going from report 1 to report 2 all in the service and the issue still occurs, so I don't think it's anything to do with the third party webpage.

Hi @pfInigo ,

Need more you to confirm some information whether there are some custom visuals in your report, such as Chiclet Slicer ?
We have received feedback from other users we need to confirm if this is the same issue.

There are no custom visuals in my report 0 but there are Maps ( Shape Map & Filled Map)
