I cannot see the data diagram when running dashboard, the detail was follow. Please help

Seems like could not reproduce it in my side. Due to the security limitation on the community, it may need to collect some logs and more information about this issue so that we suggest that you can create a support ticket at the end of here if you have a Pro license for furter fast help and this issue is urgent for you, thanks for your understanding.

Please consider providing more details about this issue, like:

  1. Which version of Power BI Desktop you have used to test, Microsoft Store version or Web download version
  2. What is the data source of this report
  3. Did it happen in all reports in Power BI Desktop or just this report
  4. Whether try to create a new report and still have the same issue
  5. Have you tried to test previous version of Power BI Desktop to check this issue again

Hi YingJie, 

I run it from company SFDC web portal. Other user can see the graphic when looking at other account. But in my case it said 'something went wrong' event already try for several times and relogin. The detail already provided in main posting.
