How to remove columns and measures in exporting data (underlying data)?

Hi,

I have the following chart and I just want to export the 'Users' and 'Email' in the export data (underlying data). I already hide the "Active" and "Inactive" measures but it seems its still displaying in the exported file. 

Any thoughts on this please? Thanks!

When you explicitly use the hidden measures in a chart and export underlying data from the chart, the hidden measures will also exported.

In your scenario, you can create a table visual using user and email fields, then export summarizing data from the table visual to Excel.
