How to let the users know that underlying dataset is refreshing as they access the report

If the underlying data set is refreshing how to let the users know about the same as they consume the report in powerbi service? Is there a way out?

Can you explain " how to let the users know about the same as they consume the report in powerbi service " in detail ? If the report is refreshing , you can see the status in refersh history .  You can also see the refresh history in Refresh summary .
