Hover over text missing on Service

There is an open issue with a functionality that looks ok on Desktop but is missing on Service.

All the necessary information have been clearly added here:

but the issues are abandoned and noone cares.

What should we do to get this back???

We have reported this issue and submitted it to the product team.
They have been aware of the issue and the engineers will do their best to resolve it. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have not been able to reproduce this issue so we can't submit it to the internal platform. Would you be able to provide a sample pbix (without sensitive information) to help us reproduce the issue?
As soon as it is confirmed, we will contact the PG team to help fix the issue.

I do have to mention that If this issue was dealt with when these posts happened, it would have been easy to reproduse. Also, if we have gotten this answer on time rather than having to create new posts the issue might have been dealt with earlier. The screenshots and explanations were more than clear.

The issue is clearly visible when opening the file with the August 23 edition.
In the current version (October 23) the hover over text is missing also from desktop!
