Histogram Chart visual unavailable

As of this morning, the Histogram Chart visual has been deleted (as in, when I search through the Power BI visuals for it it does not show up and I get "not found" when I found the link through other means: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visua...). Is this visual permanently deleted, or is this a technical error?

If anyone is still looking for Microsoft Histogram Chart, I extracted the custom visual file from one of my old .pbix files and uploaded it to a GitHub repository. You can load it as a custom visual.
