Hidden filters are visible in mobile app

The new setting to hide filters works in PBI online, but in the app you can see all filters even if they should be hidden.

@ECE,

How do you create the report in Power BI Desktop?Do you use new filter? If so, there is a similiar thread stating the same issue, please check my reply in that thread.

Hi Lydia,

The report is created in Power BI Desktop with the new filters, where you can control which filters should be visible and hidden.

However, when opening the report using iPhone app, the user can both see and change also the hidden filters. Which should not be possible.

Please check the response from PG:

"As for phones the new filter pane is never available. There is a phone optimized filter menu available through the footer actions and only in phone optimized portrait orientation reports. It is currently not available in landscape orientation reports. This phone filter menu is not related to the new filter pane and has a phone unique layout. The new filter pane is not available on phones and we currently do not have any plans to add it."
