Currently this issue should be fixed in Power BI Service, please check it again.

I confirm that it happens with custom visuals only.

Native visuals are working fine.

Hello, 

I can confirm that this issue doesn't exist anymore for the custom visuals I am using. Cannot say if this is the case for ALL custom visuals, but at least for my case it is solved.
