Green Refresh Button (old data populating)

Hi Support, 

Since January 1st 2023, we are experiencing a green Refresh button on all of our dashboards and a lag in our data (data populating from prior years 2020/2021 -on a 13 month table).  Once we hit refresh it re-populates the new 2023 (lagging 12 months) data.  This green refresh button is new and wasn't there in 2022.

The button populates and needs to be selected everytime a report is opened. It is detering our users from utilizing executive reporting and inhibitng reliability. 

Please advise if there is something that can be done to ensure the refreshed data remains on the reporting. 

Is there a resolution for this refresh button?

Hi @MISKortney ,

I don't quite understand what you mean by the green button appearing under what circumstances.
Does it appear on all your reports or just the ones that are configured to be refreshed?
