Getting frustrated with Power Bi Premium Capacity

Before swithcing to publishing my reports in a Premium workspace, I could refresh and publish with no errors.

Now when i refresh and publish, it publishes but it wont refresh my the underlying dataset. And I also will say that its not every report.

Here is the error in the service.

Status: Delivered

Issue is resolved by turning on Premium Gen 2.

Furthermore, when i publish the same report to just "My Workspace" no issues. Jsut an issue when publishing to a premium workspace.

Also CPU utilization is at 85% for the premium capacity. we have many customers using these reports. Not sure if this can cause refreshing issues.

Turned on Power BI Premium Gen2 and now it works, we will see how long it works though
