Gateway_Configuration_Issue

Hi Team,

While installing Data Gateway for Power BI, we are facing an issue and not able to configure it even upon successful installtaion of the Gateway. Here’s the screenshot of the error.

As per the error log we wanted to change the acccount but we are not able to find the service (On-premises data gateway) up and running in the services window (services.msc).

On-premises Data Gateway service is not listed in the services window.
