Gantt Chart - visuals keep changing back to default when applying filter

Does anyone else experience similar issue?

I was trying to visualize Milestone from MS' Gantt Chart; whenever I apply any kind of filters, it goes back to the default shape, Rhombus, and default color as well.

let me know who else experiences this issue.

The default is this:

However, when I apply sort axis (checked button), it becomes like this:

Back to the default. Same happens when I apply Drill Through function.

Could you tell me why this happens?

In addition to that... is there any way that i could erase the grey lines for the different milestones?
